Essential Oil set of 6 fragrances that can enhance your life in multiple aspects.
What Are Essential Oils?
Essential Oils are fragrant oils derived from plants. They can come from the bark, roots, stems, flowers or seeds of a plant. They are most often obtained from the plant through a process of distillation. They are highly concentrated compounds that come directly from plants and can bear the healing or therapeutic benefits of that plant.
How do essential oils work?
The oils are comprised of very small molecules that your body can absorb through the skin or nose. Once in your system, they interact with your body in various ways.
Common Ways To Use:
Diffusion: Place 8-10 drops your favorite essential oils for diffuser. Close lid. Press "on" and let the aroma fill the room.
Bath: When you feel sore all over, add 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil, 5 drops of Sweet Orange, 1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt into a water-filled bathtub, and sit inside for at least 15 minutes.
Cleaning: Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wood flooring. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops lemon essential oil.
Bug Bite Soother:
Tell bug bites to buzz off with this natural remedy to ease itching and promote healing. Combine 7 drops of Lavender, 2 drops Peppermint oil, 3 drops of Tea Tree oil with 2 Tbsp of Aloe vera gel. Mix well and gently dab on bites.
